Delivery Delays:

• For customized items, if we are unable to deliver within 45 days, we will reduce the price by 5%.
• For pre-order products, if we cannot deliver within 30 days, the product price will also be reduced by 5%.

Manufacturing Defects:

• If any product, including stock products (such as watches and other categories), has a manufacturing defect, return it to us within 7 days, and we will provide a brand new replacement.

Size Issues:

• If the product size is too small or too big, return it within 7 days, and we will replace it with the correct size.

Warranty Policy:

• For products that come with a warranty, the warranty will remain valid for the entire warranty period. If any issues arise during the warranty period, we will honor the terms of the warranty and replace the product if necessary.
