Shipping and Delivery Policy for Name Craft BD

At Name Craft BD, we specialize in customized products crafted exclusively to meet each customer’s unique requirements. Once the payment is completed, we treat it as a confirmed order, and the production process begins.

Payment Terms for Customized Products:

• 60% advance payment is required at the time of placing the order.
• The remaining 40% can be paid upon receiving the product from the delivery person.

Production and Delivery Time for Customized Products:

• As most of our customized items are handmade, crafting them according to your specifications takes time. It may take 35 to 45 days for the product to be produced and delivered to your doorstep.

Pre-Order Products:

• For products under our pre-order category, it may take 25 to 30 days to deliver, as we source them during our shipment cycle.
• A 50% advance payment is required when placing a pre-order.

In-Stock Products:

• For products that are readily available in stock, delivery will take 3 to 7 days anywhere within Bangladesh.

Delivery Charges:

• We offer delivery charge on all our products. Inside Dhaka 50 TK, Outside Dhaka 100 TK.
